What You’ll Do:

  • Greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guest of the organization.
  • Provide support for administrative staff at Brooklyn Park and as needed, associates at regional offices.
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls to staff, take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Assist with preparing, modifying, and finalizing documents including, but not limited to technical reports, proposal documents, correspondence, marketing materials and IEA software and databases.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and competency in relevant software programs.  These include but are not limited to Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous reception experience.

Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.

The typical hourly pay ate for this position ranges from $22.00 – $23.00 per hour.  The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.  Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications and experience.
