PROGRAMS TO MEET COMMUNITY RIGHT TO KNOW REGULATIONS
Required for facilities that store, use, and release hazardous chemicals
People who live near facilities that use hazardous chemicals are entitled by law to know what they are encountering in the air, water, and soil. These laws and regulations are commonly called “Community Right to Know” (CRTK). Our health and safety consultants help our clients fulfill the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) by developing programs customized for each facility’s circumstances while complying with your timeline and budget.
