IEA Presents at INSPEC’s 18th Annual Technical Seminar

On March 12, 2025, IEA had the honor of presenting at INSPEC’s 18th Annual Technical Seminar—an event dedicated to exploring key topics in sustainability and facilities management.

IEA was one of three featured presenters, with Amy Satterfield and Garett Karalus, PE leading a session titled “Striking the Balance: Optimizing IAQ and Energy Efficiency in Healthy Buildings.” Their presentation focused on strategies for enhancing indoor air quality (IAQ) while maintaining energy efficiency, helping facility managers find the right balance between health, comfort, and operational sustainability.

A Day of Learning & Collaboration

The seminar brought together facility managers from a wide range of industries along with members of the Minnesota Chief Engineers Guild (MNCEG) for a day of insightful discussions and technical education. Throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to gain expert knowledge, exchange ideas, and explore the latest advancements in sustainable facility operations.
