IEA Engages and Presents at the MASMS 2025 Fall Conference

Last week, IEA proudly attended the MASMS Fall Conference 2025, themed “Grounded in Leadership, Rooted in Teamwork.” The annual event brought together a large community of Minnesota school facility managers for three days filled with professional development, technical sessions, engaging keynotes, and a vibrant trade show.

It was inspiring to see facility professionals come together to strengthen leadership skills, exchange ideas, and explore innovative solutions for maintaining safe and efficient school environments.

IEA was honored to have three of our Certified Safety Professionals—Amanda Edberg, CSPMary Ferrian, CSP, and Kennedy Peterson, CSP—deliver technical presentations during the conference. Their sessions covered critical topics such as Accident Reduction and AWAIR ProgramsSilica Safety in Art Rooms, and Eye Wash Station Safety.

We are also proud to recognize Amy Satterfield, who accepted a MASMS Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of IEA for our continued support of the Scholarship Fund.

A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by our booth, attended our sessions, or connected with our team. Events like these are a reminder of the power of collaboration, shared knowledge, and commitment to safety in Minnesota schools.
