COMPRESSED GAS SAFETY TRAINING AND CONSULTING
Know the risk of handling compressed gas
Many industries use compressed gases and employees need to understand the risks associated with the use of compressed gas. They also need to know the procedures for safe handling and storage of cylinders or the properties of air under compression in an HVAC system. In compliance with OSHA compressed gas regulations, we provide compressed gas safety training and assessments on the proper use and storage for employers and employees.
The most common compressed gases are oxygen, acetylene, butane, propane, ammonia, chlorine, nitrogen, and helium. However, workers may encounter a variety of other compressed gasses, all of which are hazardous because of the pressure under which they are stored. Workers and managers alike need to be familiar with the individual properties of any gasses used in the worksite. Our safety consultants provide this information as part of our compressed gas safety training and consulting.
